Designed by Balmond Studio and developed by Waterfront Properties Limited, “The Waterfront Integrated Resort” is a $ 650 million, 4.5 million square foot project that will include: the luxurious 6 Star Cinnamon Hotel; 2 Residential Towers; 1 Office Tower; Waterfront Esplanade and a Shopping Center.
